Weatherford Africa recruits for Graduate Engineering Programme 2011 Job Number: SSA GRAD 2011) Job Description We are currently recruiting for Graduates across our SubSahara Africa Region. We are looking to recruit highly skilled Engineers with a minimum of 2:1 Bachelors degree. Your programme will take place over a 24 month period and in that time you will become knowledgeable in your preferred field of business and have an awareness of a wide range of Weatherford product lines and services. You will have access to in-house training centres, practical on the-job training to build up your experience, as well as field-based training where relevant. Some of your training and experience will be gained in our overseas operations. Outside of your technical training and experience, you will gain exposure to the other sides of our business including our commercial functions, finance, human resources, contracts, workshop, QHSE, sales and public relations. Over a period of time you will also receive soft skills training such as presentations, contracts, negotiations, communications and report writing.
